What we offer
We offer tailored packages to suit your needs and budget
Education Consultancy
Our consultancy service offers bespoke advice and guidance for school staff, focusing on individual students - both those who identify as autistic and those who may not yet be formally identified. This is achieved through a mixture of observations, focused discussions with key staff and the family, and meeting with the student. A detailed written report is included.
We can also work directly with students around understanding their autistic identity in a positive, strengths based way. This can be done via 1:1 work or small group work.
We are able to lead or attend meetings with families, for example as part of the EHCP process.
Working with families
If you have an autistic child and things aren’t working out at school, we can help. We can offer ideas for improving support at the current setting, through observing and meeting with your child in school or college. We also work with young people who are not currently in an education setting. We can guide you through your choices and rights if you want to explore alternative settings or alternative education packages.
We are also able to work 1:1 with your child, at home or online, helping them understand and embrace their autistic identity, using a positive, strengths based approach.
We are currently in the process of updating our available packages for families. Please contact us for more information

Training starts at £300 for half a day
Public Speaking
We offer inspirational talks, referencing progressive thinking around autism, in collaboration with the autistic community. Our talks endorse a strengths-based focus and a positive narrative around autism.
Our talks can be tailored to meet your specific needs both in terms of platform (e.g face-to-face or online) and audience (e.g professionals, parents, students etc).

The Results
“As a parent-carer, Sadie has given ‘above and beyond’ expert advice and help to support my daughter, through very difficult and complex circumstances, towards positive outcomes. She is an absolutely brilliant professional who works intuitively with children in education and their families towards ‘what works’, always thinking outside of the box!”
— Alice, Parent
“I go to a lot more lessons now. The group Sadie set up helped me get more comfortable with the school because it’s given me a group of people who I can trust and talk to. It’s a space where I don’t have to mask and can be myself.”
— Jack, Yr10 student
This has been the most useful training I have been on in years!
— Tasmin, teaching assistant
Sadie’s knowledge, compassion and teaching ability are unparalleled. In the years I have worked in this sector, Sadie has been the greatest influence and source of knowledge I have come across. I truly believe I am better at my job for having met and worked with Sadie.
—Theo, alternative provision coordinator
You’ve honestly been such a lifeline for us and for our daughter. I don’t think she would have coped in year 8 (or us!) without your support and insight.
— Jen, parent
I feel I couldn’t have got this far through the whole EHCP process without you. Nor would school ever have understood him. Thank you so much, Sadie, for all your hard work
— Vicki, parent
